Looks cool! ^_^ I love her eyes.
It's hard to critique because I don't know what needs work or what parts are a work in progress, if you know what I mean.

I think cropping the picture off at her wrist joint is a little awkward, and her left arm seems to be missing. O_o The hairline needs a little work- some more shape and some stray hairs so it doesn't look like her face is a mask or something with hair growing out from underneath it.

But overall I say this is cool! You've got a lot of potential- I can't wait until you post a completed image. Give us all a shout when you do! ^_^

The face is the strongest part of the drawing at the moment, but the attention is drawn towards the bottom part of the drawing. Maybe you need to tweak the composition/constrast a bit to make the face the centre of attention composition/contrast wise

Have you thought about colours yet?

Good coloring, the girls hair looks like it is part of another scene to me though because it is so much lighter than the cloak, hemlet and shirt the girl has on. I'd work on bringing up the dark area's in the girls hair. And a background too.. but I figured that was part of the WIP that haden't gotten worked on yet
