It's hard to critique because I don't know what needs work or what parts are a work in progress, if you know what I mean.
I think cropping the picture off at her wrist joint is a little awkward, and her left arm seems to be missing. O_o
But overall I say this is cool!

Agree about the arm-comments.
Her hair could use a few more blowing strands on the right side.

The face is the strongest part of the drawing at the moment, but the attention is drawn towards the bottom part of the drawing. Maybe you need to tweak the composition/constrast a bit to make the face the centre of attention composition/contrast wise
